Are same or next day appointments available?

We tend to have some same and next day appointments available. We also can schedule family members in consecutive appointments.

What can I expect at my appointment?

Upon arrival, our friendly receptionists will greet you, assist with confirming insurance information, and intake paperwork. We recommend you arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment. During your appointment, our team will ask you questions about your symptoms and treatment goals. Our doctor and nurses may conduct testing to assess your condition and inform treatment planning. Our doctor will spend time with you and comprehensively evaluate your condition. Initial appointments take between 30-90 minutes, depending on your concerns and needed testing.

What questions should I ask at my appointment?

• How can you help diagnose the cause of my sinus problems? Can you look in my sinuses without surgery?

• Can you test for seasonal and food allergies that may be causing my sinus problems?

• Do I need surgery or are there other, less invasive options to treat my sinus problems?

• What treatment options exist to address my sinus problems? What are the risks and benefits of each?

The Sinus Center of Minnesota is conveniently located about 15 minutes from both downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul in the Shoreview Professional Center. Take the elevator to the third floor. Our address is 4570 Churchill Street, Suite 320, Shoreview, MN 55126.

The Sinus Center of Minnesota is open Monday through Friday. Daily hours are listed below.

Monday: 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday: 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday: 7:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Thursday: 7:00 am.-5:00 p.m.
Friday: 7:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

Do I need to pay for parking at the clinic?

No. The Sinus Center of Minnesota has ample free parking.

Does the Sinus Center of Minnesota accept insurance?

Yes, we accept all major insurance, including but not limited to Blue Cross Blue Shield, Health Partners, Medica, United Health Group, and PreferredOne.

Are there payment plans and discounts for individuals who are uninsured?

Yes. If you currently do not have health insurance, we can work with you. Talk with our clinic staff when scheduling your appointment about cash payment plan options and discounts.
